Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) Homeownership Opportunity

The Cass County Land Bank Authority (CCLBA), in partnership with the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA), is proud to introduce two newly constructed homes within the Village of Cassopolis through the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP).

Through this grant-funded initiative, the CCLBA was able to transform vacant infill lots into quality, affordable homeownership opportunities for local residents. The NSP program helps reduce overall development and sale costs, making homeownership more attainable for qualified buyers while also supporting neighborhood revitalization and community investment.

The homes were constructed by Modway Homes and are designed to provide modern, energy-efficient living spaces with high-quality finishes and functional layouts for today’s families.

Please note: Applications are now closed for this program.
