IT IS ORDERED:
Effective October 11, 2017, the 43rd Circuit Court will participate in MAACS Regional Pilot Project authorized by Michigan Supreme Court Administrative Order 2015-9 and subject to standard attorney fee and expense policy approved by the Appellate Defender Commission.
