TO OBTAIN COPIES OF COURT ORDERS, CONTACT THE CIRCUIT COURT FILE ROOM at 269-445-4416.

When you call the FOC through its main number you will reach an automated menu that will give you options for reaching various staff. During business hours, you may select option 0 to avoid much of the automated message and speak directly to the receptionist.

The receptionist will ask you questions to allow her to direct you to the proper staff person to assist you with your concern.

If you would like to meet with a staff person, we encourage you to call ahead for an appointment to be certain you can meet with the right person at a time convenient to you. The staff would like to be able to help everyone that comes into the office at any time, but work volume, conflicting schedules meetings and vacations sometimes prevents them from immediately answering the needs of every person at all times.

When calling for help with a problem, please keep note of the date and time of your call, who you spoke with, and a general outline of the information you were given. This will be helpful to you, and will help FOC staff to continue to serve you during future calls.
